Terms of Service
Updated: April 23, 2026
This document summarizes the general contractual framework between KYNODE Inc. and the organization evaluating, purchasing or using the platform.
1. Nature of the service
KYNODE provides an offline-first clinical and operational management platform. It does not replace professional clinical judgment and is not intended to operate as an autonomous medical device.
Any AI-assisted output must be reviewed by authorized personnel before becoming a final record or clinical decision.
2. Hardware, software and operation
The solution may include local hardware, software and hybrid synchronization depending on the contracted deployment model.
Reverse engineering, malicious tampering or interference with security controls may result in service suspension and contractual action.
3. Data and intellectual property
The client organization retains responsibility for and sovereignty over the data it owns.
KYNODE retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, models, integrations and technical components unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Availability and operating limits
The solution is designed to preserve local continuity even when external connectivity fails.
Centralized cloud visibility depends on the synchronization model, transport availability and actual field conditions.
5. Jurisdiction and disputes
Unless a specific contract states otherwise, final terms regarding jurisdiction, arbitration and liability will be documented in the corresponding commercial and contractual annexes.
